What method of cleaning will they use?
There are many methods of cleaning carpets out there but only one recommended by all major carpet manufacturers… steam cleaning.
We offer the deepest clean possible combined with rapid drying times to leave behind nothing but soft, fluffy fresh carpets.
Do they use a Truck mounted machine?
We pride ourselves in having the most effective equipment available for every stage of the process including our top of the range Prochem Everest truck mounted system.
Low moisture systems just wipe the dirt from the top of your carpet and look good for a few weeks until the dirt wicks back up, a portable electric machine uses your power and water and doesn’t reach anywhere near the temperature or vacuum power of our truck mounted system which has it’s own LPG converted car engine powering it. Our system produces a steam rinse of up to 250 F and enough vacuum to recover 90% of the solution we use making sure your carpet is deep down clean, removing soil, pollen, dust mite faeces (a major cause of asthma), Flea eggs and anything else that shouldn’t be there.
Will 2 technicians arrive to clean?
To clean a carpet properly you need to move all the furniture, we do this as a matter of course as there are always 2 technicians on the van which makes this easy, imagine moving all your furniture on your own! It also speeds up the whole process in order to cause you less inconvenience while still giving you the most thorough, deepest clean possible.
Are there any hidden fees?
We make a very sincere promise to you that the price we quote will be the price you pay, we don’t charge any extra for stain removal treatments or alter our price on the day. Transparent pricing is guaranteed.
Do they have ‘Treatment risk’ insurance?
There’s a big difference between public liability insurance and treatment risk insurance, you can sit back safe in the knowledge that if something was to go wrong we are covered by a £3,000,000 insurance policy. It’s an important question to ask any potential cleaning company.
Do they provide you with a trading address?
As a reputable company we are registered at Companies House so you can be sure we will never just disappear should you need to locate us
